Our 10-Day Delivery Guarantee
We back up what we say. If we don’t deliver a suitable profile that matches your pre-determined criteria within 10 days you can have your retainer back, simple as that.
Our Insight Report
You won’t ever be wondering where we are up to with the search, watching your inbox and hoping for a miracle. We will update you every step of the way and will compile an insight report documenting who we have spoken to, reasons why they have declined the opportunity and what your competitors are paying for similar positions. If the position is proving difficult to fill you will know why and we will work with you to overcome this.

Using questions and benchmarks pre-determined by you we undertake the first interview for you and provide the documentation of this.
